The Concept
Rent some skates and get on the ice for some exercise and some laughs!
You’ll Need:
- Socks
- A Jacket and Gloves
Expense:
- $30.00
- 2 Hours
Step 1
If you live in Orlando, there are some great opportunities for this date around November-December when the Gaylord Palms features ICE! The ice exhibit can be expensive, but there is an outdoor ice skating rink that is very affordable. UCF also hosts holiday festivities, including a light show and an ice skating rink.
Step 2
Find an ice skating rink and research their hours of operation and cost.
Once you’re there, rent some skates, gear up and have a blast! See who can skate backward if you’re fancy. If you’re a beginner – just try to stay upright! Enjoy some laughs and be silly together.
Step 3
Once you are finished, head out for a cup of hot cocoa. There is nothing like a cup of hot cocoa to lift your spirits after a few falls.
Here Is What We Did
Girls, become Ladies following examples like this.
We went to the UCF light show and Ice Skating. The light show was pretty good. They have one at The Citrus Tower a few minutes away that’s really cool! But the light show helped us kill time in the hour-long line. After the waiting, we made it in and had a blast for a few minutes. We took a few pictures, but most of them are of us falling 🙂
