You’re in a relationship…now what? It’s more confusing every day. Use these hints to help navigate.
Now is not the time to bail on advice. Now is when you need it the most. When you are in a relationship, it’s confusing, fast…much like a flying squirrel. You need help.
Don’t get prideful. There is still lots to learn about being in a relationship that you don’t know yet.
A Few Helpful Steps
First – I want to congratulate you for getting into a relationship. That’s fantastic. Let’s keep it going!
Step 1 If you’re like me… Well, nobody is quite like me, but if you’re similar, then you’re probably not even sure how you got into a relationship. Don’t worry about that. Keep moving forward. Now it’s time to rest for a hot second.
Step 2 Your brain needs to rest. Keep coming back to this website for some top date ideas so that you won’t have to keep coming up with them on your own. It’s also not a bad idea to use them more than once on your dates. Which leads me to step 3…
Step 3 You need to keep making new memories and keep going on dates. Continue to pursue this woman. Remember that nice hair, contacts, good style? You need to keep that up for at least 3 months. Maybe break out the glasses or an old pair of shoes once. But thats it! Keep looking your best. Wear deodorant and cologne.
Step 4 This is not the time to slack off. You need to continue looking like you know what you’re doing in a relationship. Another thing is to let yourself get a little embarrassed. Expose something that shows a minor weakness. For instance, I cannot ride roller coasters, I get sick. It’s terrible. So one time I went to a park with my wife while we were dating and I did not ride them. I explained that I had a minor weakness and that helped me look more normal. Before then, I was like a super hero….and you don’t want to appear like you’re 100% perfect.
Step 5 At the same time, don’t start vomiting up all your weaknesses. The last thing you want is to come off looking like a loser in this relationship. Don’t start saying things like I don’t brush my teeth every day, I can’t run fast, grizzly bears scare me, and that kind of crap.
Step 6 Continue to remember the 3 months point in this relationship. Keep your best foot forward for the entire 3 months. No wearing sweat pants and a t-shirt. Holy cow, don’t do that.

You’re doing stuff for her now. Don’t be so selfish men. Think of her in this relationship. 3 months. You can do this! Be awesome! Be a Man.
